    With the advent of the new regulations facing us as of 01 November 2021 and the changing of the FSB to the FSCA we have all had to keep up with the regulations and technologies.

    So, How does all this work?

    First you need to contact the FSCA and get a username and password as to gain access to the new XMl Rep Register System (Contact details are in the email communication sent out by the FSCA).
    When you get given FSCA rep xml access with a username and password, you can then contact us so we can create access fo you on this portal and then help you access your data and send your first Rep register through the new FSCA system.

    You should then get an email confirmation from the fsca that your TEST rep register file has been received succesfully using our portal (this usually takes about 30 to 50 minutes processing on the FSCA server). Based on this TEST , you can then ask the FSCA team to grant you access to thier LIVE environment.
    You are now ready to consider activating your account with us from here on.

    The portal allows you to create multiple users to manage the Rep register.
    Different users can be assigned permissions to Add or Modify or deactivate reps.
    Elevated permissions can be assigned to allow the user to send rep information to the FSCA. There is a full audit trace of rep information and rep movement between the FSP and the FSCA.
